thanks for your excellent tips on howto delete traveler server. but i found out that one of our users etnry, the device model was missing. i try to delete the user but the console reply back with &quot;no devices found for user christoph&quot;. any suggestion or comment is highly appreciated. 		<description>You do not have to use short name of a user you want to delete. It works with whole name (with space) if you enclose user name to quotation marks (&quot;John Doe&quot;).</description>
